Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary for international orders depending on customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our premium flooring solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut ceramic tiles (made to your specifications)
  • ARB775W series flooring with military-grade treatments (special order items)
  • Opened boxes of carpet tiles (must be unopened for return)

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to:

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same process as returns, but clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement product you prefer.

  • Customer Preference Returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • International Returns: Contact us for specific instructions as customs forms may be required

Refund Information
